Protect Your Success Fees - Register Your Deals

As a ZenithFlow partner, you must register all new business opportunities within 30 days of initial customer contact to be eligible for success fees. Our deal registration system ensures transparency and prevents conflicts over commission eligibility.

Important: Only opportunities not currently in ZenithFlow's sales pipeline qualify for partner success fees. All registrations require ZenithFlow approval before becoming active.

How It Works

1. Submit Registration - Complete the form below with detailed opportunity information
2. ZenithFlow Review - We'll verify the opportunity isn't in our existing pipeline (typically 3-5 business days)
3. Approval Notification - You'll receive confirmation if your deal registration is approved
4. Start Selling - Begin your sales activities with commission protection

Registration Requirements

• New Opportunities Only - Customer must not be in active discussions with ZenithFlow
• 30-Day Rule - Register within 30 days of first customer contact
• Complete Information - All required fields must be filled accurately
• Partner Agreement - Valid consulting/partner agreement must be in place

Registration Validity Period

Approved deal registrations remain active for 12 months from the approval date. This ensures partners maintain active engagement with registered prospects.

No extensions will be granted. If an opportunity remains viable beyond 12 months, you may submit a new registration with updated information demonstrating continued active sales engagement.
